COVID Benefit: No Flu Identified In Israel This Winter

Israeli health officials have not yet identified any flu cases this winter, Kan News reported on Sunday.

There has been a moderate increase in pneumonia since winter began but overall the rate of respiratory infections is lower than it usually is at this time of year, according to data from the Israel Center for Disease Control (ICDC).

The data is believed to be the result of social distancing, the use of masks, an increase in vaccinations against the flu, and a decrease in international travel.

Despite the good news about the flu, Israeli hospitals are unfortunately filling up with coronavirus patients and the government is considering imposing a strict lockdown for two weeks to stem the rising infection rate.

So why hasn’t social distancing, the use of masks, the highest covid vaccination rate in the world, and a decrease in international travel done the same for covid?
That 10,000 tickets for lockdown violations were given over the weekend tells me that Israelis are waking up to the truth.

  2. The most reliable symptom for Corona as opposed to a flu or something else is loss of taste and smell as 80% of time this symptom means Covid-19; so say the scientists. This implies that 20% of the time when people are sure that the have Covid-19, they really don’t unless they actually test positive. So, some of those Covid diagnoses are actually a flu or something else. This may also explain why you have people claiming to have gotten Covid twice.
