VP Pence’s Final Visit To Israel Is Canceled

A final visit to Israel by US Vice President Mike Pence was canceled less than two weeks before his scheduled arrival, Ynet reported.

No reason was given for the cancellation.

Pence was reportedly scheduled to leave the US on January 6 on a multi-country trip, including Israel from January 10 to 13, a week before Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20.

Earlier this month, Regional Cooperation Minister Ofir Akunis (Likud) confirmed Pence’s visit, adding that it’s likely that a normalization deal will be announced during Pence’s trip.

The U.S. Embassy in Israel confirmed the cancellation of the visit.

  1. So sad. He will be too busy making a fool of himself earlier in the day trying to genuflect to the Trumpkopfs who want him to declare Trump “the winner” and ignore the certified electors of the states he lost. Until recently, he had retained a sliver of his reputation but now that he has crawled down into the slime with the Trumpkopf on reversing the election outcome and totally ignored the vaccine rollout fiasco, he couldn’t get elected dogcatcher.

  2. No reason was given for the cancellation.
    1) Because Israeli skies & borders are closed to all non-Israelis.
    2) Because of the lockdown, he wouldn’t be able to circulate more than 1000 meters.

  3. Maybe the visit was canceled because Netanyahu met the spy Pollard in the middle of the night when he flew into Israel on a private plane like a hero, not a convicted spy.

  4. Time will tell. I have a feeling that Trump and Pence will have their jobs for another four years. Because Hashem hates sheker.
