5,549 trucks carrying 155,312 tons of goods entered Gaza through the Kerem Shalom Crossing in September, IDF officials report. Among the goods were construction materials, medical equipment, food and livestock.

The shipments included 1,519 truckloads of food products, 1,244 trucks carrying construction materials, 64 trucks with medical equipment, 258 with livestock, and 2,464 trucks carrying miscellaneous items.

A total of 46,130 trucks transferred goods into Gaza in 2013, bringing a total of 1,285,946 tons of goods this year.
