An IDF soldier was lightly wounded in a hand while operating in southern Gaza. He was transported to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheva. PA sources report a number of arrests were made.

The air force on Wednesday morning targeted at least one terror cell involved in firing rockets into southern Israel. PA sources reporting injuries.

IDF troops involved in counter-terror operations throughout Yehuda and Shomron during the night arrested 12 suspects. the suspects were turned over to ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) agents for questioning.

GREATER SDEROT AREA
•    Mortar shells were fired into southern Israel. No injuries.

YEHUDA
•    A Jewish driver was attacked by Arabs hurling rocks near Tuqwa in eastern Gush Etzion. No injuries but the vehicle was damaged.

SHOMRON
•    Rocks were hurled at a bus at Yitzhar Junction. No injuries.

YERUSHALAYIM
•    A policeman sustained light facial injuries as a result of being attacked by an Arab near the entrance to Har HaBayis. The attacker was apprehended. The policeman was transported to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital.
