According to a New York Times article, former United States President Jimmy Carter stated Israel has 150 nuclear weapons.
Speaking at a Wales literary festival, Carter advised the White House to begin a dialogue with Iran now.” He used the forum to continue lashing out against Israel, calling the ongoing blockade of Gaza “one of the greatest crimes against human rights going on in the world now.”
During his recent Mideast tour, the former president was shunned by senior government leaders after he announced intentions to meet with senior Hamas officials. During his tour, Carter used many opportunities to bash Israel’s policies in Gaza in the international media.

He is just a senile old man with dementia and I doubt if anyone actually places much credibility in his words. Yes, he can do damage, but not as severe as if he were actually all there.
He was our president. Though he was a pretty awful president, he was our president, and we should not be too disrespectful to the old coot.
It is not his fault if the lights are on but nobody is home.
Actually, the biggest and most damaging things he can do would be to blab out secrets which he learned while in the White House. This may be one of those. Other governments may silence a man like this for the good of their country. But it is not our way.
