(Click HERE for photos) On Wednesday night at the Paz Center in Kiryat Sefer, the Modiin Illit branch of United Hatzalah was inaugurated.

Among the people present were the mayor of Modiin Illit, Rabbi Guterman, as well as the Rav of Kiryat Sefer, Rav Kessler, Shilta.

The speakers spoke to the many volunteers who were present in this momentous occasion of the responsibility that they have – not only when it comes to saving lives, but also to keep strong in their learning. Also present was Zeev Kashash, the chairman of United Hatzalah.

This is the first branch of hatzalah to open in the city of Modiin Illit. The branch will service the area, which includes Kiryat Sefer, Brachfeld, Moshav Matityahu, and Cheftziba.
