Three IDF soldiers, residents of Bet El, have been sentenced to 10 days in a military prison after the army has determined the hike they took near the Arab village of Ein Yabroud, north of Beit El, was unauthorized.
As reported HERE on YWN), the soldiers went on a hike on Friday, 9 May, and they were fired upon by armed Arab gunmen. The soldiers used proper protocol in an effort to avoid injury or worse and eventually were compelled to fire at the attackers. One was killed.
The police and army investigation continues at this time but Givati Brigade Colonel Ilan Malka has sentenced the soldiers to jail for not following military regulations pertaining to taking such a hike in Shomron.

oh please, my cousin was one of the five boys, they were on a tiyul, the arabs shot at them and his friend killed the terrorist. The Israeli government is so corrupt, they will bend over backwards to please the world but do nothing to help their very own.
