There are 15,398 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Israel as of Sunday, with 132 in serious condition, of whom 100 are ventilated.
A total of 6,602 Israelis have recovered from the virus.
Israel recorded 200 fatalities due to the coronavirus as of Sunday, including Rav Yigal Garma, zl, of Bnei Brak, who passed away in Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer over Shabbos at age 62.
The rollback on the restrictions intended to stem the spread of the coronavirus went into effect on Sunday, including allowing restaurants, cafés, and fast-food places to sell food through delivery or take-out, and the opening of all stores located on the street rather than malls, including barbershops and beauty salons.
Business owners will have to follow strict Health Ministry guidelines or face fines of up to NIS 2,000.
However, many Israelis are still sticking to home, and some high-traffic spots, such as the Ben-Yehudah midrachov remained empty on Sunday morning, with most stores shuttered:
