A 16-year-old Syrian male who was gravely wounded in the fighting arrived at Ziv Hospital in Tzfas for treatment.

The lone soldier who collapsed during training on Sunday remains in critical condition. He was transported from Hillel Yafeh to Tel Hashomer Hospital. His mother, who lives in the USA, has arrived and remains at his bedside.

10:40:

A 55-year-old new immigrant from the USA was apprehended trying to smuggle 55 commando knives in his lift. Customs officials in Haifa made the find. Also found in the lift were 33 bottles of alcohol, two antique pianos and other undeclared items. The Maalot resident told inspectors the knives and other items were put in the lift by mistake.

US media reporting the White House has decided to quietly halt military assistance to Egypt due to the situation in that country.
