Ichud Hatzalah reports a three-year-old boy fell from a second story Ramat Gan window. When EMTs arrived on the scene, the victim was conscious and alert. Yehuda Ziso explains the child was conscious when he arrived, describing his injuries, which appeared to be concentrated to the child’s lower extremities.

Ziso adds that the child was fortunate to land on earth and not concrete Baruch Hashem.
