A construction vehicle overturned on Tuesday morning near Givat Ze’ev. MDA says a 55-year-old male, the operator of the back loader, was taken to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital in serious condition, suffering from chest injuries.

The back loader flipped over while operating on a construction site.

Paramedic Akiva Erlich told the media that the driver was thrown, as he found him a distance from the vehicle, and he was conscious and suffered chest and head injuries.
