Israel’s Foreign Ministry announced on Sunday afternoon that it received notification in its Israelis Abroad Unit in the Consular Affairs Division, about a car accident in Craiova, Romania, in which an Israeli medical student was seriously injured. The message was received by family members of the student.

Israel’s Consul in Romania, Mrs. Rachel Blitzer, in collaboration with the Israelis Overseas Department, is handling the issue and is in close contact with family members who are staying at his bedside in the Romanian Hospital.
