HaGaon HaRav Aryeh Abrahams ZT”L, one of the last talmidim of the Chazon Ish was niftar early Thursday morning in Tel Hashomer Hospital in Tel Aviv, where he was hospitalized in the past months, battling a serious illness.

The niftar over recent months endured a difficult and complicated medical situation.

Rav Abrahams disseminated Torah for decades in Beis Medrash Toras Avraham, one of the long-established kollelim in Bnei Brak. Rav Abrahams also served as the rav of the main beis medrash of Chug Talmidei Chazon Ish, which is where HaGaon HaRav Greinman ZT”L davened.

Rav Meir Greinman visited Rav Abrahams a number of times during his hospitalization.

The levaya began at 12:30PM on Thursday from the Beis Medrash of Rav Greinman on Chidushei Harim Street in Bnei Brak, and from there, proceeded to the Segulah Cemetery in Petach Tikvah for kvura.
