World leaders are beginning to make their way to Israel for the conference being sponsored by President Shimon Peres in the Jerusalem Convention Center in honor of Israel’s 60th anniversary.

Heading the international delegation from 23 countries will be US President George W. Bush, who is making a second visit this year. He will be the keynote speaker at the event.

Mr. Bush will stay in the King David Hotel. Hotel officials report that all other guests will be requested to vacate the premises on Tuesday morning, explaining the US has taken the entire hotel for the delegation accompanying Mr. Bush. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will be accompanying the president.
