HaChossid Rav Reuven Halevi Wallas ZT”L was niftar in Betar Illit on Monday morning at the age of 80. He was among the elders in the Nadvorna Chassidus in the city. The levaya began at 11:30AM.

The niftar was a talmid of the Dvar Chaim of Nadvorna ZT”L, known as a simple person, a lamdan and one who distanced himself from kovod.

In recent years he was mispallel in the Ropshitz Beis Medrash in Betar Illit and the shteblach on Baal Shem Tov Street. Whenever the Rebbe ZT”L would visit Betar Illit, the Rebbe would visit the niftar’s home.

The levaya began at 11:30AM from the niftar’s home at 22 Rabbbi Akiva Street.
