Ten months ago, a yeshiva bochur was attacked by three Arabs on Har Tzion in Yerushalayim. The three attackers beat the bochur who was on his way to daven at the Kosel. The victim testified at the criminal trial, explaining in his testimony that he was punched in his head and passed out, awakening to additional punches and kicking by the attackers.
The victim explained that he was ambushed on Har Tzion area stairs between two walls, with nowhere to run. He recalls being struck in his head but then passed out and he does not really know all of what took place during the attack.
Honenu attorney Chaim Bleicher, who represented the victim, praised the plea bargain agreement.
