Police arrested 25 suspects in the Jerusalem Arab neighborhood of Issawiya. All of them are suspected of involvement of attacks against security forces.

The arrests took place during the night, Sunday night to Monday morning, joining arrests made earlier when suspects were apprehended in the act of throwing rocks and firebombs at police.

Police report they are working tenaciously to maintain order, with a zero tolerance policy for persons attacking security forces with rocks and/or firebombs.

Among the 25 arrest were a number of minors. The suspects were scheduled to be arraigned on Monday in the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court.
