On Friday evening, police responded to a Beit Shemesh home following a report of a youth injured in a stabbing. It appears the victim was stabbed with a sharp object and transported to a hospital for treatment.
The 20-year-old suspect was identified and arrested by police at his home. Police opine that an argument broke out during dinner, between the suspect and his uncle, who is a minor. The argument continued outdoors, and there he allegedly stabbed the victim with a sharp object. He was arraigned by the Petach Tikvah Magistrate’s Court and ordered held in detention until Wednesday, to permit police to continue the investigation.
