Noam May Drop Out of Election Race

The leaders of the not-well-known Noam party, headed by HaRav Tzvi Tau, is contemplating officially dropping out of the election race for 22nd Knesset. According to all polls, the party does not stand the most minute chance of entering Knesset, requiring a minimum of 3.5% of the vote.

But first, the party has decided to launch a major registration campaign towards determining who really plans to vote for Noam and when all the results are gathered, it will be time to make the critical decision, to remain in the race or to withdraw towards saving right-wing religious votes from being trashed.

The party explains it has commissioned a poll from a well-known polling institute, and after analyzing the results, the decision was made to launch a major campaign to sign up new members to Noam, with the belief there is a large tzibur which shares the party’s values, and would like to see the party’s representatives in the next Knesset.

When the campaign is over, party officials will analyze the results, and then they will make the critical decision regarding the upcoming election.

  1. Perhaps the other right wing parties that have little chance of getting elected will learn from their exemplary example not to waste their votes and join forces with right wing parties.
