The Blue & White party along with the Democratic Camp (Ehud Barak), the Labor & Gesher parties and the Reform Movement on Monday petitioned the High Court of Justice in yet another effort to have the Otzma Yehudit party and attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir disqualified from running in the upcoming election for 22nd Knesset. In a previous effort, hoping the Central Election Committee would disqualify them, failed.
The political parties gathered 12 signatures of members of the Central Election Committee (CEC), who were in favor of disqualifying the right-wing party from the election race, a party that follows the ideology of the late Rabbi Meir Kahane HY”D.
Last week, the effort to have the CEC committee disqualify the party from the race failed because the Labor party CEC representative was missing for the vote, which ended in a 15/15 tie. Hence, the party is still eligible to run in the upcoming election.
Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit is of the opinion that the CEC should have disqualified Otzma Yehudit candidates Baruch Marzel and Bentzion Gupstein but favored permitting the remainder of the party list to run in the election.

Maybe we should petition the high courts to stop B/W and Meretz from running. they are racist and hate pushing parties…
Anything they don’t like they run to their friends in the high court. So much for democracy!
