Israel Police are indicating that in all likelihood, the comprehensive gag order on details of the investigation against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert will be lifted in the coming days following detailed reports appearing in the international media, including the New York Post and New York Times.

To date, the investigation has been hidden behind a veil of secrecy as police and the prosecutor gather evidence against the prime minister is what is being billed as a major case that is expected to topple the current coalition government.
