While URWP (United Right-Wing Party) officials are expected to become a senior coalition partner if Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is reelected, the senior members of the party leveled harsh criticism against the Prime Minister.

After Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu criticized Transportation Minister Betzalel Smotrich and the party’s leader, Ayelet Shaked, persons in the URWP responded, “this is the way it has been for us for six years already”.

Senior officials in the URWP explain that whomever pressures the Prime Minister, he caves in. “This is how things work. Bibi caves into the Arabs and the left-wing. They pressure him and then he gives in before the right-wing and says, ‘It is not because of your childish tweets. I meant to do it anyway’. That was the way the UN outline was, the way it was in the release of terrorists, and that’s how it was in Regulation Law and this is how it has been with us for the past six years”.

The harsh response came after PM Netanyahu labeled senior URWP officials “I am not impressed by all the recommendations of the tweeter cabinet, tweeters and tweeters of all kinds. Leadership is responsibility and determination. This is how we acted, how we will continue to operate”.

This quid pro quo between the Prime Minister and the URWP began with a tweet against him from Smotrich, “The dumb judicial system. Sorry that despite my position, I can’t find a more refined word. A fundamentalist progressive idiocy, and because we are devout followers, we will not resolve ourselves by mocking the responsibility of the jurists: A weak Prime Minister and 100% of his annoyance takes place during his shift. Zero leadership. Zero governability. [Deputy Attorney General] Dina Zilber is the real Prime Minister”.
