MK Marina Solodkin is the first member of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s party to come out openly to ask him to step down from office in light of the ongoing police investigation against him.

Solodkin on Monday released a statement that the prime minister is compelled to suspend himself in light of the ongoing investigation against him, which is not detailed due to a court-issued gag order on the case.
