A female motorist arrived at the sentry post at the entrance to Karnei Shomron on Wednesday, reporting she succeeded in not becoming another carjacking statistic as Arabs tried to throw her from her vehicle and make off with it.

She women explained the incident occurred on the Nabi Samuel Bypass Road near the Eliyahu Crossing.

The Arab vehicle struck hers, realizing she would pull over. When she did, two Arab men approached her vehicle, with one trying to open her door. She realized what was taking place and hit the gas and fled the scene. She was not physically injured but was in need of psychological care.

This is not too uncommon, as there are always two men, one who will leave the scene with their vehicle and the second with the carjacked vehicle.
