Police investigators on Tuesday apprehended a man in his 40s, suspect of severe attacks against chareidi women some 20 years ago.
The girls victimized in the attacks were under 14 at the time. A pandoras box was opened a year ago, after two young ladies complained to police regarding the attacks.
After police received the official complaints, an investigation was launched. Sufficient evidence was gathered, and police obtained search warrant for the suspect, who was apprehended in Central Israel.
The suspect was arraigned on Wednesday morning in the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court, Chareidim10 News reports.
