Police investigators received a tip about a drug laboratory in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem. On Sunday, special forces from the police, including detectives launched a sting operation in the homes of two residents of the Chareidi neighborhood of Ramot Polin.
In one of the houses, nothing suspicious was found, but in the other, a small amount of drugs was discovered, some 13 grams. The detectives did not give up their search and asked the suspect in whose home the drugs were found for the keys to the bomb shelter of the building. The suspect refused to provide the keys or even answer the detectives, following which the police broke into the bomb shelter and found 36 plants of marijuana. The two suspects were then arrested and brought in for questioning.
The suspect whose house the drug laboratory was found in, provided police with a rental contract showing that a third party rented the bomb shelter and that he had not gone in there and had no clue about the drugs.
On Monday, the police asked that the suspects be remanded into custody for eight days to allow the police to conduct a thorough investigation. The Magisterial Court of Jerusalem acquiesced to the request in part and extended the police custody of the suspects until Thursday.

It’s sad how you guys are referring to marijuana as drugs…. drug lab seriously ? Making it seem as if he was stir up some toxic formulas
People are rioting and beating each other in the streets while the arabs riot in Gaza but the thank g-d the Israeli police are busy taking away a couple of weed plants.

Israel really is a police state. Two people were questioned by the police. They found no evidence of drugs in the house of one of them. In the other “suspect’s” house they found a minimal amount of drugs. They then, without it being noted that they had a search warrant to do so, broke into a storage room that was rented to a third party. They then arrested and brought to Court, seeking an eight day remand in custody, the two people they originally questioned. Police state tactics.
What is going on?? Chareidi yidden selling and making drugs!! Another article about another ponzi scheme! Hope they won’t blame this on lack of women’s tzinus also. Maybe it’s time to start making examples and putting these people in cherum !

drug lab? sheesh makes it sound like they where making Meth or something. big diff between a meth lab thats a danger to the whole community and can cause massive explosions and is a very dangerous substance, and a few weed plants.
