Police on Sunday, detected an ATV driver on a vehicle without license plates and operating the ATV without a helmet, traveling on Route 38 near Beit Shemesh. Police explain in such a case; the driver endangers himself and other motorists on the road.

Motorcycle police stopped the ATV driver, 24, a resident of Beit Shemesh, and he was given an explanation regarding the hazards associated with his actions, not wearing a helmet and that the vehicle lacked a roll bar. He was also issued a number of summonses and permit to continue on his way.
