Bnei Brak resident M.K. has been handed a sentence of four years imprisonment for smuggling seven kilos of cocaine from Amsterdam to Israel. The 23-year-old was given his sentence three years after the incident took place and received an additional 10 months of jail-time on probation and a fine of 10,000 NIS or an additional 45 days of prison instead.
At the time of the arrest, the cocaine had a street value of nearly six million NIS. “K” was arrested together with another youth from Bnei Brak and a young woman, aged 25 from Beitar Illit all of whom come from Charedi families.
The woman, claimed that she didn’t know K” and he simply used her to transport the drugs unknowingly. She was not indicted in the end.
According to the report at the time, “K” received 40,000 NIS for transporting the drugs. During the legal proceedings, “K” cooperated with law enforcement and the investigation.

Yes a mule should be punished. But he was a mule.
It’s the gangsters who set him up and who made the 5m ILS they are the ones killing the kids and should be locked away forever.
Drug mules are guilty of attempted murder. Why is his name not being published? He cooperated with law enforcement and the investigation son there cannot be the usual excuse that he is a victim of the zionist police etc.
if it sounds to good to be true, it probably isn’t true. In this case making a bit of money by brings something ‘harmless’ into Israel was really stupid. The guy is now paying for his stupidity….
