IDF soldiers during the night, working with ISA (Israel Security Agency/Shin Bet) agents and Israel Police, arrested 22 PA (Palestinian Authority) residents in areas of Yehuda and Shomron who are suspected of participating in acts of terror and/or violent confrontations against security forces. The suspects were turned over to ISA custody for interrogation. These interrogations often lead to additional intelligence information that prevent future acts of terror.

In the PA village of Azariya, near Maale Adumim, soldiers uncovered illegal weapons, including the one seen in the accompanying photo.

When operating in the village of Jalame, the force was attacked with a pipe bomb. B’chasdei Hashem, there were no injuries to any members of the force taking part in the operations.
