IDF soldiers on Thursday afternoon found an M-16 assault rifle equipped with a sniper scope during a routine vehicle inspection of a vehicle near the PA (Palestinian Authority) village of Ras Karkar, in the Ephraim Brigade district of Shomron, not too far from Ramallah.

The suspect was turned over to security forces for questioning.
