Israel Police has filed a motion for the confiscation of a Ferrari worth NIS 1.3 million after the driver operated the vehicle with a suspended license.
On June 5, the Israel Police filed an indictment against a 33-year-old resident of Yada after he was caught driving near Um el-Fahm on Route 65 by traffic police, who learned he was driving with a suspended license.
The suspect was arrested on Monday and his detention was extended, when a quick investigation by the traffic investigators led to the filing of an indictment by the Israel Police’s Prosecution Unit with a request to detain him without bail.
In addition, police filed a request with the court to impound the vehicle of the suspect, a Ferrari valued at NIS 1.3 million. The court approved the request pending the outcome of his trial.

I have heard stories that Israeli Police and custom agents randomly use obscure laws and after confiscating the Harley Davidson or other items disappear and there is no accounting. Banana Republic.
The question is if it was the car was legal and if he DL was suspended what are the laws strictly related to the suspended license. BUT NO.
They want the car and the Judge gave the marked car to the gov. officials as a gift.
Who cares if the owner was Arab.
They can beat the crap out of Arab and later a Charadi boy because a 17 year old plain cloth witch in tight pants randomly pick him and pointed him out to the boarder police to have him beaten and bloodied, they can make rules as they go along.
Banana Republic
The Judicial System is out dated British rules.
