The High Court of Justice on Wednesday morning ruled against a petition of the Chazon organization, which is seeking to prevent the removal of the signs “Abba + Ima = a family” and “The Courage to be Normal”.
The signs were created to show opposition to the Jerusalem toeiva parade, which is scheduled for Thursday afternoon in the capital. The court also made the petitioner pay NIS 2,500.
Judge Yitzchak Amit wrote in his decision, “It is reasonable to assume that the municipality operates by virtue of a municipal bylaw, and that this is an administrative matter, adding that the movement has not exhausted procedures.”
Therefore, the court decided the matter must be addressed in an administrative court and not the High Court.

goal is to make the whole election campaign revolve around this
That’s like five negatives in one headline. (That much worse than a single double negative).
I hope someone gets hold of that skunk water that the Police use to ruthlessly jet at young bochurim.
Just spill it on the road prior to the animal parade.
