A 26-year-old chareidi man has been arrested by police after sending a threatening message to Tiveria Mayor, Ron Kobi. The suspect was questioned by police ‘under warning’, which generally indicates a criminal indictment is likely.
Police explain the suspect threatened the life of the mayor, who is known for his vehemently anti-chareidi policies. The suspect was scheduled to be arraigned in the Tiveria Magistrate’s Court on Sunday, at which time police asked to hold him without bail.
The suspect sent a WhatsApp message saying, “If you continue to act against us, we’ll send the biggest assassins. We’ll blow up your car”.
During his election campaign, and at other times, Kobi has stated “The chareidim comprise 22% of the city’s population and we may not permit them to grow”.

The bottom line is Shabbos-holiness becomes bigger and the weekdays-profane becomes smaller
The irreligious Israelis are the problem and should leave the land of Israel until willing to accept the Torah and law of go-d that includes the 10 commandments
Stupid, stupid move.
The mayor will not get reelected. Stories like this, may change that.
This mayor is mamash a rodef. He’s lucky there isn’t a Sanhedrin to declare him so.
To alanger999999999: Great idea you have. All non-Charedi Jews should leave Israel. That will solve the dispute over drafting yeshiva bochurim. There won’t be any non-Chareidis to serve in the army.
It actualy kind of seemed that the frum person arrested here was mamash a rodef.
