Mashgiach of Yeshivas Mir, HaGaon Rav Aharon Chadash was released from Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem last week to his home in the Beis Yisrael neighborhood of the city.

The mashgiach was hospitalized and connected to oxygen last month, when his condition deteriorated. Rav Chadash, who is over 90, continued to teach his talmidim who arrived at his bedside in Shaare Zedek.

This past Shabbos, the mashgiach was led in a wheelchair to tefilos and Shabbos meals in the yeshiva. He ate the Friday night seuda with talmidim in the dining room while delivering words of encouragement to hundreds of talmidim.

The tzibur is called upon to continue to be mispallel for Aharon Dovid ben Zviya for a Refuah Shleima bsoch Sha’ar Cholei Yisroel.
