The 66-year-old Pardes Chana worker seriously injured in a work accident at the Tel Aviv Eurovision Song Contest site last week has R”L dies of his massive injuries.

Officials in Ichilov Hospital on Wednesday reported the truck driver died on Tuesday.

The hospital statement read, “During the night there was a deterioration in the condition of the truck driver who was seriously injured in the expo as a result of the fall of a lighting fixture. Unfortunately, despite prolonged CPR efforts, doctors in the general intensive care unit were forced to determine his death. The hospital shares the sorrow of the family.”
