The terrorist who brutally murdered Tekoa teenager 19-year-old Ori Ansbacher HY”D has been deemed mentally competent to stand trial.

Arafat Erfayieh, 29, of Hebron, was sent for a psychiatric evaluation at the end of April. His home has been destroyed by the IDF since the murder.

The defense attorney however is not satisfied and requests an additional evaluation.

Ansbacher’s mutilated body was discovered in the Jerusalem Forest, attesting to the horrific nature of her death. She was murdered after leaving the Yaelim Center for Youth at Risk, where she was serving in the framework of her Sheirut Leumi.
