In a daily halacha to his talmidim on the second day of Rosh Chodesh Iyar, Tzefas Chief Rabbi HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Eliyahu Shlita speaks of the miracle that occurred today in Tzefas, 71 years ago, the Arab population of the northern city left their homes, businesses and mosques, and “10,000s of Arabs left their homes” and they fled to other countries just as the Torah says will occur.

The rav explains that HKBH instilled fear in their hearts and they simply fled, and he calls on his talmidim to thank Hashem and we daven that the miracle will be complete speedily in our days.
