Three Jewish youths were arrested on Har Habayis on Monday, the second day of Chol Hamoed Pesach.
They were part of a group visiting the holy site and were taken into custody after prostrating themselves and reciting ‘Shema Yisrael…”, which is prohibited.
YWN NOTES: Gedolei Yisrael over the generations and the Chief Rabbinate of Israel prohibit visiting Har Habayis, which they explain carries the punishment of karess.

let me get this straight a Jew goes to pray at the holiest site in Judaism on a holiday celebrating liberation and he is arrested by so called jewish policemen of the so called jewish state? am I confused? yet these same “jewish” policemen guard arab terrorists supporters when they scream allah Akbar and called to kill Jews?
They should be locked up for a good number of years for having gone unto Har HaBayis.
Looks like they got confused, they meant to say na nac nach nachm nachma…………….
americaisover- the gedolim have declared that one may not go onto har habayis so they have no business being there. And yes the police prohibit certain things inorder to avoid confrontation between the jews and muslims and it was definately right that they got arrested.
