The Kaliver Rebbe Shlita has been showing signs of increased weakness over the past two weeks, preventing the rebbe from attending Yomtov tefilos in his beis medrash.

There is much concern among chassidim and others, as it is reported the rebbe fell at home two weeks ago, and his condition has deteriorated since; preventing him from bearing weight on the injured leg.

According to a Kikar Shabbos report, gabbai Rav Aharon Leib Aberman has been escorting the rebbe for tests at Shaare Zedek Hospital during the past week, and the rebbe was discharged to his home.

Rav Aberman is quoted adding the rebbe did not attend tefilos in his beis medrash on the first day of Pesach after a period of having a minyan in his home, a minyan of persons very close to him.

Baruch Hashem the rebbe asked to be taken to shul on Sunday morning, the first day Chol Hamoed Pesach in Eretz Yisrael.

The tzibur is being asked to be mispallel for Rav Menachem Mendel ben Bracha Freida for a refuah shleima bsoch cholei am yisrael.
