Attending an election event, Yahadut Hatorah’s Yitzchak Pindrus calls efforts to bring chareidim into the workplace “a bluff”, accusing all political parties of sharing in it.

“We did not ask you to separate, not in the universities and colleges, and not in your homes. We did not ask you to but permit us to, yes, the men and the women, and I have been working on this very matter for the past two years. Permit us the separation in the workplace.

You want to “bring chareidim into the workplace” for as long as we do it your way and become one of you. I have been dealing with this matter for a number of years, to permit chareidi men and women to enter academic institutions with gender separation.
