A child riding on his bicycle to talmid torah was struck by vehicle on Rashbi Street in Ashdod Monday morning March 18, 2019. He was listed in moderate condition.

A United Hatzalah ambulance responded to the scene, stabilized his condition and then transported him to a hospital, as per EMT on the scene, Yitzchak Hoffman.
