In the latest KAN News election poll released on Sunday, we see the Likud party has climbed and once again taken the lead, passing the Blue and White party, albeit by one seat. Likud earned 31 seats while the Blue and White party received 30 seats.
The KAN News poll was conducted by Direct Plus Institute, questioning votes as to which party they would vote for if elections were held today.
The Arab parties receive 12 seats, Labor receives 9 seats and Yahadut Hatorah and Shas both receive six seats. The New Right headed by Naftali Bennet received 6 seats, as does the extreme left-wing Meretz party. Moshe Feiglin’s Zehut party received 4, just inching over the minimum threshold, as is the case with Ra’am-Balad with 4 and Yisrael Beitenu with 4.
The Kulanu party and the Gesher party headed by Orly Abekasis-Levi do not enter Knesset. The Yachad party headed by Eli Yishai is not mentioned in the poll.
The right-wing has 63 seats as compared to 45 seats for the centrist/left-wing and 12 from the Arab parties for a total 57.
