A 6-month-old infant loss consciousness in an Ashdod daycare center on Tuesday morning, March 12, 2019. United Hatzalah EMS personnel responded, beginning resuscitation efforts immediately.

The organization issued a media statement confirming ongoing resuscitation efforts, adding the incident is being probed and the child is in critical condition.

The infant was transported by paramedics in critical condition. Simultaneously, United Hatzalah alert members of its psychotrauma unit to assist in dealing with the child’s parents.
