Indictments were handed down against two PA (Palestinian Authority) residents after they admitted during questioning, to throwing firebombs at IDF soldiers on Highway 443, the Modi’in – Jerusalem Route, as the soldiers were operating in the area.

The defendants are residents of the village of Or a-Tachta, and have admitted to their actions, which took place in the beginning of February.

The indictment was filed in the Ofer Military Court and the two are being held without bail pending the outcome of their trial.
