Magen David Adom reports that a 70-year-old man riding an electric bicycle on Yagur Street in Haifa, was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured Tuesday afternoon.

Advanced EMT Moshiko Amsellem explained “when I arrived at the scene, I saw the rider of the electric bicycle lying on the street near the remains of the bicycle. The injured man was conscious and was hemorrhaging from his head. I began treating his injuries and paramedics arrived. Was handed over to the paramedics and transported after being sedated, and listed in serious condition.”
