A Rafael Industry Sparrow missile on Tuesday performed successfully in a test, neutralizing a mock incoming Shihab rocket fired from Iran.
Rafael continues developing new ballistic missiles as threats to Israel increase, with the Blue Sparrow replacing the Black Sparrow, which was designed to intercept incoming Scud rockets.
In the next test, scheduled to take place in six months from now, an Arrow rocket will attempt to intercept a Blue Sparrow missile.

I don’t think an Arrow interceptor was fired in this test. It was just a flight test of the Rafael target’s flight envelope.
