Rabbi Chaim Amsalem of the Am Shalem party, previously a member of Shas, has landed the second position in the lineup of the Zehut party headed by former Likud MK Moshe Feiglin.
The list was submitted by the director of the Zehut party, Shai Malka, who was appointed by the chairman to the sixth place. Rabbi Chaim Amsalem, who joined the party for the first time, was locked into the second place, Ron Tzafrir in 9th place and standup performer Idan Mor (Gadi Vilcharsky) who was pushed into 18th place.
The 10th place is reserved for a representative from abroad, according to the party’s constitution, and the rest of the list is composed based on the results of the primaries held by the party about a month ago.

9. Ron Tzafrir, social activist for medical cannabis
10. Rabbi Bentzion Spitz, representative of Diaspora Jewry (chosen by Diaspora Jews).

On the list are men and women, chareidim and atheists, right-wingers and people who grew up on the left, all united behind the most detailed and respectable platform ever written by a party in Israel. Zehut will be the surprise of the elections in the next Knesset.”
