Kinneret Authority officials on Sunday morning reported the level to be -213.23, which represents an addition of 10.5cm (4.1 inches) since Thursday, B”H, as a result of the weekend rainfall.
Since the beginning of the rain season, the Kinneret rose 1.4 meters, (4.5 feet), which while impressive, one must remember that the level remains 4.4 meters (14.4 feet) from the fill line following five years of drought.
