Soldiers on Thursday arrested a man near Yishuv Shtula, which is in the Upper Galil, in the jurisdiction of the Maale Yosef Regional Council, near the border to Lebanon, who is believed to have crossed into Israel from Southern Lebanon. The man was not carrying a gun.

Security authorities have the man in custody as they establish his identity and purpose for crossing the border, which includes determining if his motive was terror-related, which appears unlikely since he is not armed.
