Jerusalem police last week apprehended five suspects red-handed, residents of East Jerusalem, who broke into the offices of the Israel Electric Company in the eastern capital.
On Tuesday, February 5, 2019, the five Arab residents of the capital were apprehended during a break-in into an office of the utility company. Police found three of the suspects in the office of Israel Electric in the Shuafat refugee camp area, as they were stealing property, and the following day, an additional suspect connected to the burglary was taken into custody.
The suspects, who are in their 20s and 30s, were arraigned in the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court and their remand was extended until January 12th.
